Job summary

Oasis Health Partners seeks a Director of Data Science to build and lead a world-class data science function focused on improving patient outcomes. You will own predictive modeling, ML Ops, and analytics foundations across the organization, partnering with clinical, operations, product and finance teams.

You will guide data-mart development in DBT, leverage AWS, DBT, and Snowflake, and develop scalable models and dashboards for executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare analytics with hands-on real-world data.
• 3+ years leading data science teams in healthcare.
• Strong SQL and Python proficiency for production models.

Responsibilities

• Own our machine learning strategy and execution.
• Collaborate across tech, clinical, and operations to implement interventions.
• Set up analytics data models in DBT.
• Identify data sources to risk stratify patients and assess impact.
• Build predictive models for high-risk patients.
• Utilize AI/LLMs to advance patient engagement.
• Analyze clinical data from payors and providers.
• Develop the analytics layer for executive dashboards.
