Paraform is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to drive high-impact work across Growth, Core Product Flows, Incentives, and more. You will own projects from framing to deployment and measurement, helping establish the foundations for experimentation, measurement, and applied ML.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data science, applied ML, analytics, or a closely related role.
• Strong experience with experimentation and/or causal inference in product settings.
• Strong experience with SQL and a general-purpose language (Python preferred).
• Experience partnering with engineering teams to ship models, metrics, or data products.
• Degree in data science, computer science, statistics, math, or another related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact work across Growth, Core Product Flows, Incentives, and more.
• Own end-to-end problem framing to deployment and measurement of ML solutions.
• Define and measure funnels, run experiments, and build models to improve acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
• Improve match quality and workflow speed across sourcing, outreach, CRM, and placements through metrics, analysis, and ML.
• Design and evaluate pricing and payout incentives, forecast impact, and build guardrails against gaming and adverse outcomes.
