Qualifications

• BA/BS in a technical/quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead data science initiatives across document, accounting, takeoffs and pro commerce tracks to shape growth-oriented product strategies and roadmaps.
• Own design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests and causal inference methods, and drive adoption of recommendations.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to derive value-driven insights and translate findings into dashboards for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data engineering to improve pipelines, instrumentation, and data quality.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analyses, automate recurring reporting, and explore new DS opportunities.
• Frame ambiguous problems, define success metrics, and communicate results to senior leadership; mentor junior team members.
