Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and support data platforms and AI-ready data products for performance insights.
• Develop scalable data pipelines, semantic models, and metrics using Databricks and Snowflake.
• Integrate data across operations to enable near real-time dashboards and governance.
• Establish data quality controls and lineage for enterprise reporting.
• Deliver real-time/multi-tenant metrics to drive coaching and performance optimization.
• Collaborate to reduce duplicate development and improve reporting efforts.
