Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science, ML, or data engineering with a solid foundation in statistical modeling and ML techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark; strong SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience deploying ML models and data pipelines in production; familiarity with the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle.
• Ability to work independently on complex technical problems with an automation mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and support Advocate Performance Data Platform powering AmplifAI coaching and workforce optimization.
• Develop scalable data pipelines, semantic models, and governed metrics using Databricks and Snowflake.
• Integrate data to create trusted AI-ready data products and insights.
• Establish metric definitions, lineage, governance, and data quality controls.
