Qualifications

• Typically 5+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or related field.
• Experience leading analytical projects or workstreams from requirements through delivery and adoption.
• Strong Python skills with pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, SciPy and related libraries.
• Advanced SQL proficiency including data modeling, transformations, joins and validation.
• Experience with dashboards/reports using Power BI/Tableau/Matplotlib/Seaborn/Plotly.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of predictive models and ML solutions for asset management, sales, and business systems.
• Apply regression, classification, segmentation, forecasting, clustering, and other techniques.
• Transform and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Build repeatable data-mining processes: sourcing, scraping, feature engineering, modeling, validation.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and interactive decision-support tools.
