Qualifications

• Experience in building revenue attribution or causal impact models.
• Skills in A/B testing, causal inference, and machine learning.

Responsibilities

• Own DSI revenue calibration models connecting support data to revenue.
• Design causal inference frameworks for CX program impacts.
• Build LLM-powered classification pipelines for customer insights.
