Qualifications

• 4+ years in data science, analytics, or related field with proven business impact.
• SQL and Python for data analysis, modeling and experimentation.
• Experience applying ML to real-world problems (e.g., churn/retention forecasting, segmentation).
• Proven ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable business insights.
• Track record of data storytelling and influencing senior stakeholders and shaping business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own CK's business forecasting and projections across revenue, funnel, and engagement.
• Own the consumer funnel and metric foundation, including governance and holistic reporting.
• Build CK's consumer insights and segmentation engine with measurable lift.
• Partner with revenue, product, and finance to translate findings into strategic recommendations.
• Establish standards and governance for defining, measuring, and reporting customer and business health.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Strategy, Finance, Product, and Marketing.
