• Knowledge of regression, hypothesis testing, experimental design, multivariate analysis and predictive modelling.
• Ability to translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses.
• Clear communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Frame manufacturing, assay and product-understanding questions with cross-functional teams.
• Apply statistics, ML and multivariate methods to bioprocess datasets.
• Deliver analyses for process characterisation, monitoring and control strategy.
• Build data pipelines to ingest, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources.
• Develop curated datasets, models and analytical products for reporting.
• Create dashboards, reports and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Lead data science projects from problem to delivery, managing scope and risks.
• Promote reproducible analytical practices and supportive team culture.
