Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field required.
• 5+ years in data science or applied ML; at least 3 years industry experience.
• Strong Python and production-grade software practices.
• Experience with large-scale, imperfect datasets and ML/DL frameworks.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop battery state estimation algorithms from R&D to production.
• Build and deploy AI/ML state estimation models for energy availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production pipelines.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical roadmap.
