Mastercard Foundry is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to join the R&D team in Dublin TechHub. You will lead the development of high-performance AI solutions, applying ML, DL, and NLP to real-world payments and commerce challenges. You will explore new AI frameworks, build POCs and prototypes, and contribute to patents and research papers.

You will work with cross-functional teams across geographies and mentor junior colleagues while shaping scalable AI architectures and pipelines.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of data science experience.
• Strong Python and ML/DL/NLP fundamentals.
• Experience with LLMs, API-based frameworks, and prompt engineering.
