Job summary

Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Engineer, Big Data & AI Solutions to join the Security Solutions Data Science team. You will work at the intersection of big data engineering and AI/ML to build data, features, models and production workflows behind fraud detection.

The role requires hands-on Spark/PySpark experience and a CI/CD driven environment. You will collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to deploy and monitor models, strengthen observability and drift detection, and

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark/PySpark in large-scale data processing environments.
• Proficiency with Python and SQL; experience building ETL and data/feature pipelines.
• Experience with CI/CD practices and production AI/ML lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance large-scale data and feature pipelines using Spark/PySpark, Python and SQL.
• Support model development, evaluation, deployment and production performance with Data Scientists and Engineers.
• Apply CI/CD, automated testing and MLOps to improve reliability and scalability; develop AI-powered solutions.
