Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied data science with production deployments.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI technologies and NLP.
• Strong knowledge of traditional ML and DL algorithms.
• Experience deploying models to production and measuring impact.
• Data wrangling, feature engineering, and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data science solutions from framing to monitoring.
• Apply ML/DL algorithms including XGBoost, LightGBM, SVMs.
• Design AI-driven solutions using OpenAI models and RAG pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions.
• Support campaign analytics and optimization with predictive models.
• Develop audience segmentation and persona models.
• Mentor junior data scientists and enforce best practices.
