Qualifications

• Experience with non-deterministic systems like LLMs or conversational agents.

Responsibilities

• Lead improvements to agent behavior, conversation design, and booking workflows.
• Build evaluation systems and experiments to measure agent quality.
• Analyze real conversations to identify failure modes and improvements.
• Develop production-ready predictive models for qualification and engagement.
