Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC seeks an experienced AI/ML engineer to design and implement agentic AI use cases, automating client servicing workflows, onboarding and offboarding processes, and proactive planning with ML/GenAI.

You will work with SQL data analysis, Teradata, GCP, and MongoDB, while crafting ADK-based agents and tools and maintaining robust documentation and monitoring controls.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL for data analysis and transformation.
• Familiar with databases: Teradata, GCP, MongoDB (huge plus).
• Quantitative background preferred.
• Familiarity with: Evaluation frameworks (toxicity checks, coherent code, prompt evaluation).
• LLM-related tasks.
• Writing ADK FCPs, defining agents and tools.
• Must handle documentation: Monolith management, development documentation, monitoring controls and metrics, defining thresholds.

Responsibilities

• Automate client servicing workflows including onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding.
• Build systems for agent orchestration to augment decision making and task execution.
• Develop early warning systems and anomaly detection using ML/GenAI insights.
