The ideal candidate will drive enterprise standards for interoperability, security, governance, reliability, and operational management while enabling teams to develop agents independently

Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable AI platforms for enterprise use.
• Ability to build agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience with observability, security, and governance of AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and build an enterprise-grade AI agent platform for scalable multi-agent orchestration.
• Develop model gateways, observability, governance, and secure authentication/authorization.
• Create centralized gateway for AI model interactions and external services.
• Build production-grade AI engineering capabilities and automated evaluation loops.
