Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Agentic AI Products, to own the data and modeling layer for our AI agents. You will build datasets, develop predictive models, and ensure rigorous evaluation within agent-based systems.

You will work alongside the Senior Agentic AI Engineer to advance the empirical foundation, including data pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI practices in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years building end-to-end predictive models in production.
• Strong foundation in statistics and time-series analysis.

Responsibilities

• Dataset creation and curation from diverse data sources.
• Develop, validate, and maintain predictive models for agentic AI systems.
• Own data pipelines for retrieval-augmented generation and evaluation of grounding datasets.
• Apply causal inference techniques and establish measurement frameworks for responsible AI.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate use cases into ML problems.
