Job summary

Cai Info India is seeking a hands-on Senior Data Scientist to own the complete AI lifecycle, focusing on Generative AI, LLMs and Agentic AI. You will work with Python, Databricks and AWS Bedrock to build production-ready AI solutions from problem framing to deployment and monitoring.

You will develop end-to-end LLM and agent-based applications, design robust agent workflows, implement MLOps pipelines and ensure scalable, secure solutions using the Databricks stack and AWS Bedrock services.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of Data Science experience, including at least 3 years in Generative AI.
• At least 5 years of advanced Python development experience.
• Strong foundations in statistics, probability, machine learning, deep learning and model evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define problems, KPIs and solution approaches.
• Perform data sourcing, EDA, statistical analysis and feature engineering.
• Build and evaluate ML, DL, time-series, anomaly-detection, recommendation and optimization models.
• Develop production-ready LLM, RAG and Agentic AI applications using LangGraph, LangChain and Bedrock Agents.
• Design agent workflows with tool calling, memory management and retries.
• Build secure, scalable Databricks Apps, MLflow, Model Serving and Delta Lake pipelines.
• Develop Amazon Bedrock-based applications with foundation models and guardrails.
• Design advanced RAG pipelines with retrieval evaluation.
• Create NLP solutions for classification, NER, information extraction and summarization.
• Create computer vision solutions for classification, detection, segmentation and OCR.
• Fine-tune LLMs and vision models using LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT and Hugging Face.
• Deploy AI services via FastAPI, Docker, Lambda, API Gateway and CI/CD.
• Monitor model performance, drift, quality, latency and cost, reporting to stakeholders.
