Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a senior data scientist to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics and AI solutions for commercial use.

You will work with ED&AA, IT, and external partners to deliver production-grade models for Next Best Engagement, omni-channel orchestration, HCP targeting, and claim integrity analytics using datasets such as Xponent Plantrak, LAAD, Experian, Veeva, MMIT and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field required.
• MS or MBA preferred.
• Strong programming and data analysis skills required.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver advanced analytics and AI opportunities for commercial questions.
• Design and implement causal measurement frameworks (A/B tests, holdouts) to quantify impact.
• Collaborate with internal/external resources to deliver analytics solutions aligned with business priorities.
• Lead development and operation of analytics workflows and dashboards for monitoring.
• Mentor junior data scientists and review code for quality and reproducibility.
