Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a data science leader within the Enterprise Data & Advanced Analytics team to deliver advanced analytics and AI solutions for commercial operations. You will apply statistical methods to support Next Best Engagement, omni-channel orchestration, HCP targeting, and claim integrity analytics using internal and external datasets.

You will mentor junior team members, partner with IT and external consultants, and communicate findings to senior leadership through clear visuals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science or related field required; MS or MBA preferred.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in data science, ROI analytics, or related areas; pharma exposure preferred.
• Experience designing and deploying production analytics and ML solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced analytics opportunities with ED&AA and IT partners.
• Design causal measurement frameworks (A/B testing, holdouts) for impact of NBE and omni-channel initiatives.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver data-driven analytics and dashboards.
• Provide guidance and QC oversight to junior data scientists and translate results for senior leadership.
