Novo Nordisk is seeking a Senior Manager – Insights & Analytics to support sales in the NNI organization. The role partners with the Commercial lead and leadership team to identify drivers, develop recommendations, and guide strategic plans.

The ideal candidate combines analytics excellence with strong stakeholder collaboration to drive business changes and launch support. In this fast-paced environment, you will conduct deep-dive analyses, translate data into actionable insights, and work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years insights and analytics experience; 5+ years customer facing/field ops preferred.
• Pharmaceutical analytics/consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced analytics and data visualization skills (R, SAS, Tableau, Qlik).
• Experience with pharmaceutical data (Xponent, PlanTrak, LAAD, Chargeback).
• Curiosity, initiative, and creative problem solving.
• Project management, quantitative analysis, and statistical programming experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish strategic business partner relationship with Commercial Lead and directors.
• Perform analysis and develop insights from market dynamics.
• Generate local market insights to inform strategy and execution.
• Plan and execute initiatives with Commercial Lead and Sales Execution.
• Conduct deep dives to identify root causes and opportunities.
• Provide strategic guidance to support brands and launches.
