About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist who will work with health and care data of residents to provide insights and feedback. The role involves integrating data into the EHR of residents, designing algorithms, managing data lakes, creating visualizations, analyzing trends, and collaborating with various teams to solve business problems.

What You’ll Do

• Design, update, and maintain algorithms that power information and feedback from the Inspiren system.
• Identify and integrate new datasets for additional insights.
• Manage and innovate on Inspiren’s data lake solution.
• Create data visualizations as needed.
• Analyze data for trends and patterns.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and product teams to address business problems with data solutions.

About You

• At least 5 years of experience with data science.
• Proven experience with analytics.
• Outstanding analytical skills and practical problem-solving ability.
• Ability to share skills and contribute to team learning.
• Effective in managing timelines, quality, and delivery.
• Collaborative mindset valuing cross-disciplinary work.
• Experience in healthcare is NOT required.
• Bonus points for experience with:
• Health Care Data, Tableau, Pandas, Matplotlib, and a desire to work in an early-stage startup.

• Salary: $150,000-$180,000 + equity + benefits (medical, dental, vision).
