Reports To: Director of Analytics

Position Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Senior Advanced Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics & Insights team. This role involves collaborating with marketing teams, analyzing campaign performance, and providing actionable insights on customer behavior. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analysis, marketing performance evaluation, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management & Automation:
• Extract and manage data using SQL and Snowflake.
• Automate recurring processes using Python scripts.
• Analysis & Insights:
• Conduct custom analysis, A/B testing, and performance evaluations.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, promotions, and offers.
• Develop and share actionable insights on customer behavior, pricing responsiveness, and promotional effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Partner with marketing teams to gather campaign requirements.
• Communicate analytical findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  

Required Skills & Tools

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Experience with Snowflake and Databricks.
• Familiarity with Python for data automation.
• Experience in data visualization using Tableau (preferred).
• Understanding of marketing performance metrics, customer behavior, and incentive modeling.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field (open to candidates with 3+ years if highly capable).
