Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Science for US Card (Resiliency Intelligence) in McLean, VA. You will lead data science initiatives that personalize decisions at scale, leveraging Python, ML libraries, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field with 7+ years of analytics experience.
• Master’s or MBA with quantitative concentration and 5+ years analytics experience.
• PhD in a quantitative field with 2+ years analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a product customers love.
• Leverage Python, AWS, Spark, and ML tools to analyze large datasets.
• Build ML models from design to deployment, including evaluation and validation.
• Translate complex analyses into tangible business outcomes.
