Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC seeks a Senior Data Science Manager to lead a large data science and analytics organization, delivering insights from massive data ecosystems and guiding executive decision-making.

You will oversee cross-functional teams spanning User Growth, Customer Service, Security, Social, Search, and Enterprise functions, partnering with senior leaders to translate data into strategic action. The role is in-person with a focus on leadership across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or other quantitative field.
• 5+ years of analytical or data science experience, with at least 3+ years in management leading managers or multiple domains.
• Deep proficiency in SQL and Python/R for large distributed data sets and measurement frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Experience across consumer growth, enterprise infrastructure, and cross-domain data strategies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-layered data science and analytics organization.
• Define and execute the analytical roadmap to unlock business value across domains.
• Champion advanced methods including causal inference, ML, and AI to measure ecosystem health and ROI.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other functions to align data strategies.
