Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare analytics with commercial insights responsibility.
• Experience using secondary healthcare data to inform marketing decisions and strategy.
• Strong problem structuring, analytical interpretation, cross-functional leadership, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Define analytical priorities and an integrated insights plan aligned with brand objectives.
• Lead analyses of patient journeys, market dynamics, and HCP/account opportunities.
• Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and readouts linking analytics to outcomes.
• Integrate heterogeneous data sources, communicating assumptions clearly.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Market Research, Forecasting, Market Access, Data Strategy, and Finance.
• Translate findings into concise executive narratives and actionable recommendations.
