Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing HIV regional team, aligning talent and plans with US priorities.
• Own regional customer strategy across priority HIV professionals and accounts.
• Translate national strategies into compliant, locally executed plans.
• Manage regional launches, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and cross-functional partners.
