Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field plus 7 years analytics experience.
• Master's degree in a quantitative field or MBA with quantitative concentration plus 5 years analytics.
• PhD in a quantitative field plus 2 years analytics experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with open source programming languages for large-scale data analytics.
• At least 2 years of experience with machine learning.
• At least 2 years of experience using relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products for customer interactions.
• Leverage a broad stack (PyTorch, AWS Ultraclusters, Hugging Face, LangChain, Lightning, VectorDBs) to extract insights from large data.
• Be the NLP expert to harness LLMs, adapt and fine-tune for customer-facing applications.
• Build ML and NLP models from design to production, scaling in resilient systems for 80+ million customers.
• Translate complex work into tangible business goals.
