Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Data Analytics Team, reporting to a Senior Manager of Data Science & Analytics. You will help develop IP Geolocation technology, working with engineers and data scientists to improve automation and leverage big data for accurate customer insights.

The role is hybrid, with in-person work at a TU office location at least two days a week. You will query and transform large datasets using SQL, R, Python, MongoDB and BigQuery, provide insights,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data science experience.
• Ability translating technical terminology for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading data science initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement automation algorithm improvements.
• Utilize SQL, R, Python, MongoDB and BigQuery to query and transform large datasets.
• Provide analytic insights to large datasets to improve data quality.
