Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Math, Computer Science, Quantitative Business Analysis, or closely related field
• 5 years of directly related work experience
• Master's Degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or Operations Research (preferred)
• Experience with SQL, Python, UNIX, MS Office, and data visualization tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Collect data from departments; design/analyze reports and dashboards; publish metrics and executive presentations
• Develop processes, tools, and templates for standardized analyses; maximize automation and data quality
• Identify issues in KPI reporting; facilitate data/process improvements
• Document changes to reporting and processes; maintain data integrity
• Communicate with internal/external stakeholders; present complex topics clearly
• Develop work plans and meet deadlines; prioritize information needs with management
• Other duties as assigned
