Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a data analytics professional to drive performance reporting, develop dashboards, and translate business requirements into actionable insights. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, build analyses, and present findings to leadership while improving data collection and reporting processes.

Required are a Bachelor's in a quantitative field and 5 years of related experience; SQL, Python, UNIX, and data visualization tools are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in math, CS, quantitative field or closely related.
• 5 years of directly related work experience.
• Preferred: Master's in IT, math, statistics, or OR.
• Experience with SQL, Python, UNIX, MS Office, and data visualization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect data from multiple departments and design analyses/reports using Excel or similar tools.
• Develop templates to enable standardized data analyses and automate data collection.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of KPIs, facilitate process/data improvements.
• Document changes and maintain data integrity controls across reporting.
