Job summary

You will develop standardized analyses, automate data workflows, ensure data quality, and present complex information clearly to leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Math, CS, Quantitative Business Analysis, or closely related field.
Master's degree preferred in IT, Math, Statistics, OR.
5 years of directly related work experience.
Experience with healthcare data and related business processes is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Design and build analyses/trending/forecasting reports using Excel or other technology.
Publish metrics dashboards and executive presentations.
Develop processes, tools, and templates to enable efficient data analyses.
Leverage automation to improve data quality and efficiency.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of KPIs and reporting.
Communicate complex subjects clearly to leadership.
Prioritize business and information needs with management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
