Job summary

Qualifications

• 6-10 years relevant experience in Data Governance/Data Management/Process Engineering or related area.
• Advanced understanding of Project Management methodologies and tools.
• Demonstrated experience authoring business and/or functional requirements for implementation by development teams.
• Exposure to AI-assisted environment, especially with regards to requirement authoring and JIRA management, strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted PDLC strongly preferred.
• Prior experience as a Product Owner strongly preferred.
• Ability to monitor tight deadlines or changes, balancing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication to convey needs to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to Policy-level requirements related to Data Quality.
• Partner with teams to build software solutions for Data Governance / Data Risk and Control.
• Author functional requirements for tool enhancements; document in JIRA and groom with developers.
• Prioritize requirements for release sprints aligning to policy changes and business needs.
• Collaborate with Citi data stakeholders to automate steps and explore AI-enabled tooling.
• Provide expertise on Data Governance/Data Risk & Controls framework, monitoring and reporting.
• Analyze data-related issues, track ownership, dates, and metrics.
• Synthesize metrics on governance principles and practices; propose enterprise-wide improvements.
• Prioritize development of new enterprise-wide principles and adoption measures.
