Our speed and service underpin every decision we make, and our rapidly growing team is a testament to our value proposition resonating with the market. You bring the passion and entrepreneurial spirit, and we’ll provide the opportunity to unleash the very best of your talents and skills.

About the Role

On this team, you’ll lead analytical efforts to analyze complex data to ensure its integrity and accuracy. What You'll Do:

  • Safeguard Data Quality – Conduct deep-dive data investigations to identify, trace, and resolve root-cause inconsistencies across actuarial, finance, and operational datasets.
  • Support Actuarial & Financial Reporting – Partner directly with actuarial and finance teams to validate data accuracy for reserving, modeling, and financial reporting needs.
  • Build Dashboards & Monitoring Tools – Design, develop, and maintain automated Power BI dashboards and SQL queries to continuously track data integrity and key performance metrics.
  • Optimize Workflows with AI & Automation – Integrate modern AI tools and automated pipelines into daily workflows to increase analytical efficiency and streamline reporting.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with Data Engineering, Product, and Finance teams to align data definitions, improve data models, and support system integrations (e.g., Workday/ERP).
  • Drive Data Precision in a High-Growth Setting – Take full ownership of data quality initiatives, navigating startup ambiguity to keep Ledgebrook operating with unmatched precision.
