Job summary

Motion is seeking a Manager of Data Products to lead multiple software teams through the full development life cycle. The role requires ensuring on-time delivery, governance adherence, and successful technical implementation of business software applications.

A strong background in project management and leadership is essential for coordinating teams and reporting to executives. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of experience and at least 2 years in a leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8–12 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• 2+ years managerial/leadership experience.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and accountable for technical implementation.
• Assemble project plans, monitor progress, conduct quality reviews.
• Coordinate internal IT processes to deploy new solutions.
• Prepare status reports for sponsors and executives.
• Ensure governance standards, change control, and policies are followed.
• Perform performance reviews for direct reports.
