Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years managerial/leadership experience.
• Experience with structured application development and change control methodologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads projects and is accountable for successful technical implementation of business software applications.
• Assembles project plans, monitors work, performs quality reviews, and escalates issues appropriately.
• Develops project governance documents explaining objectives, scope, approach, and timeline.
• Coordinates IT processes and resources to deploy new solutions to the business.
• Coordinates communication and prepares status presentations for stakeholders and executives.
• Tracks milestones and adjusts plans to meet objectives.
• Ensures adherence to governance standards and methodologies.
• Oversees multiple cross-functional projects and directs reports.
