Job summary

Kestra Financial is seeking a senior, governance-minded Data Product Owner to lead the Trusted Master Data initiative. This role oversees the mastered data backlog for Account, Product Classification, Advisor, and Client domains, ensuring data quality, survivorship, and regulatory readiness across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5+ years as a Product Owner/PM delivering MDM, data governance, or master data programs.
• Proficiency with backlog tools (JIRA/Confluence).
• Direct hands-on experience with a major MDM platform (Profisee preferred).
• Knowledge of Lakehouse architectures and data publishing to analytics consumers.

Responsibilities

• Own the Trusted Master Data backlog end-to-end across Account, Product Classification, Advisor, and Client domains.
• Maintain a multi-year, dependency-aware roadmap aligned with downstream data products.
• Translate domain requirements into epics and stories (match/merge, governance, survivorship).
• Lead Data Owner/Steward design and Data Council facilitation.
• Deliver Profisee MDM platform configurations and integration with downstream systems.
