Job summary

Kestra Holdings is seeking a Senior Data Product Owner to lead the Trusted Master Data program across Account, Advisor, Client, and Product domains. You will drive data governance, stewardship, and MDM implementation using Profisee, shaping governance maturity and data quality.

The role partners with Product Management and stakeholders to align roadmaps with downstream Lakehouse and analytics needs, delivering end-to-end data mastery and publish-ready data assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• “5+ years of experience as a Product Owner/PM delivering MDM, governance, or master data programs.”
• Experience with major MDM platforms (Profisee preferred).
• Proficiency with backlog tools (JIRA/Confluence).
• Familiarity with data governance structures (Data Owners/Stewards) and governance workflows.
• Knowledge of Lakehouse architecture and downstream publishing to analytics consumers.

Responsibilities

• Own the Trusted Master Data backlog end-to-end across Account, Product Classification, Advisor, and Client domains.
• Maintain a multi-year roadmap aligned with downstream data products across Lakehouse and analytics domains.
• Translate mastering requirements into epics and stories for match/merge, stewardship, and survivorship.
• Lead governance processes with Data Owners/Stewards, KDE definitions, and data glossary.
• Oversee Profisee MDM delivery and integration with downstream consumers (ODS/Lakehouse).
• Represent stakeholders in sprint ceremonies and ensure DoR/DoD criteria are met.
