Job summary

Rightworks LLC in Nashua, NH is seeking a Sr. Data Product Manager to shape how we connect external data sources, turn data into insights, and create data-driven value for accounting firms and professionals.

You will own strategy and roadmap across third-party data connections, insights dashboards, and data monetization, collaborating with Engineering, Data, Design, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and external providers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Sr Product Management or related data product roles.
• Experience delivering data products, dashboards, or BI experiences.
• Experience with third-party data integrations and APIs.
• Ability to define metrics and use data-driven insights for decisions.
• Experience evaluating monetization and packaging strategies.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with executive presence.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and performance for Rightworks data products.
• Lead strategy for third-party data connections and secure, scalable integrations.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Legal, and external data providers.
• Define and evolve customer-facing insights and dashboards for accounting firms.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations and robust metrics.
• Develop and drive a data monetization strategy with business cases.
• Lead discovery with customers in ICP to validate problems and opportunities.
• Define success metrics for data products and prioritize investments.
• Collaborate on positioning, packaging, GTM, enablement, and adoption.
• Communicate priorities and risks to stakeholders and manage dependencies.
