Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive an AML data product program. You will partner with enterprise data providers and AML teams, define data requirements, and manage roadmaps and backlogs.

This hybrid role in McLean, VA requires strong Jira proficiency and cross-functional leadership to deliver scalable data pipelines. Ideal candidates have data product management experience, risk/compliance exposure, and a track record of collaborating with engineering and data

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Product Management, Stakeholder Management, Roadmap Development, Requirements Gathering, and Agile Delivery.
• Proficiency with Jira and experience in Data Product Management and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with data providers to define and prioritise data requirements.
• Drive alignment across source system owners and partner teams.
• Gather and prioritise requirements from AML modeling and investigation teams.
• Develop, manage, and communicate the product roadmap.
• Lead backlog prioritization and roadmap planning for engineers.
• Manage Jira boards and facilitate planning sessions.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver production data pipelines.
