Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Lead Product Manager to support Discover integration within a Risk Management Product team in McLean, VA. The role focuses on building data products for AML, Compliance, Enterprise Risk, and Credit and Financial Risk Management.

You will define the roadmap, gather requirements, and partner with product, data, and engineering teams. The position requires close partnership with end users and strong data familiarity, with a W2 engagement offering medical/dental/vision,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering data-centric capabilities in product roles.
• Proven ability to develop requirements and manage roadmaps.
• Strong data analysis skills and experience with datasets and data pipelines.
• Experience partnering with engineering to prioritize iterative delivery.
• Experience in financial services; Capital One experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage end users to build and maintain the integration roadmap for Risk Management products.
• Partner with data analysts and engineers to define detailed requirements and timelines for integration milestones.
• Collaborate with technical teams to prioritize backlogs and implement data pipelines.
• Manage downstream and upstream stakeholders across AML, Compliance, Enterprise Risk, and Credit and Financial Risk functions.
• Coordinate with Discover and existing product teams to align on destination-state architecture and processes.
• Facilitate short, focused discovery and project review sessions to validate scope and dependencies.
