Job summary
HCA Healthcare's Digital Transformation and Innovation division seeks a Senior Data Product Analyst to define, own, and deliver data products within the Payer Revenue and Encounter Financial domains. You will collaborate with DT&I, product owners, and cross-functional teams to drive measurable business value through scalable analytics capabilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Economics, or related field required.
- 5+ years of experience in payer revenue or healthcare analytics.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and data governance preferred.
- Leadership or people management experience in healthcare analytics.
Responsibilities
- Translate product vision into actionable plans and requirements.
- Define key results and OKR measurement.
- Support product owner in sprint management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analyze product performance data and present insights.
- Create documentation and training materials.
- Lead agile product development processes.
