Bank of America in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to lead a team of Senior Analysts, Team Leads and Analysts to deliver data-driven insights for senior executives. You will set priorities, manage resources, and drive performance across channels, marketing and product analytics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a track record in financial services analytics.

Qualifications

Experienced in supervising technical or complex projects and managing to an outcome (direct management)
Experience with development of people resources
Ability to manage and resolve competing priorities
Proven track record in financial services, consumer products and/or marketing business / analytics
Knowledge of current data techniques and tools
Ability to evaluate and make business trade-offs
Ability to effectively communicate at senior levels
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
Coursework in finance, math/statistics and/or computer science
