Bank of America in Richmond, VA is seeking a Senior Analytics Manager to oversee a broad group of analysts and team leads. You will set priorities, supervise complex analyses, and partner with P&L owners and senior executives to drive data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes developing talent, managing competing priorities, and communicating effectively at senior levels. A Bachelor’s degree and experience in financial services or marketing analytics are required.

Competenze

Experience supervising technical or complex projects and managing to an outcome.
Experience with development of people resources.
Ability to manage and resolve competing priorities.
Proven track record in financial services, consumer products and/or marketing business / analytics.
Knowledge of current data techniques, and tools.
Ability to evaluate and make business trade-offs.
Ability to effectively communicate at senior levels.
Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
Coursework in finance, math/statistics and/or computer science.
