Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta is seeking a Senior Data Privacy Associate to lead the Office of Employee Benefits (OEB) privacy program locally in Newark, NJ. The role covers managing a PII inventory, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with System privacy standards.

You will train staff, advise business areas on data privacy practices, and collaborate across OEB and Bank teams on privacy initiatives. Onsite work is essential per management's schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent experience preferred
• Five+ years preferred

Responsabilités

• Coordinate local privacy program implementation and procedures.
• Advise business areas on PII collection, use, sharing, and minimization.
• Manage local PII inventory, risk assessments, and privacy risk reduction.
• Monitor OEB compliance with the privacy program.
• Provide local data privacy training to staff and management.
• Support Privacy Officers with local data privacy incident response.
• Coordinate vendor privacy assessment efforts.
• Lead System-wide workgroups focused on privacy practices.
• Identify and report privacy risks from vendors and third parties.
