Qualifications

• 7+ years advancing Privacy Engineering, Security Engineering, Data Protection, or related technical disciplines, including GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA compliance.
• 5+ years designing and deploying enterprise-scale data protection capabilities, including encryption, tokenization, key management, and DLP.
• Strong software engineering foundation with 5+ years in Python, Java, Go, or similar languages.
• 5+ years operating in cloud-native and DevSecOps environments with CI/CD, IaC, and security automation.
• 3+ years leading complex cross-functional privacy, data protection, or compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and implementation of enterprise data protection and privacy engineering across structured and unstructured data.
• Design, deploy, and optimize Privacy Enhancing Technologies (PETs) and privacy-preserving solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, legal, compliance, and cybersecurity teams to embed privacy-by-design principles.
• Conduct privacy risk assessments, threat modeling, and control evaluations for audits and regulatory needs.
• Drive governance metrics, automation, and industry trend monitoring to strengthen privacy posture.
