Qualifications

• 5+ years procurement, project management, or contracting experience.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills are required.
• Familiarity with procurement ERP systems (Ariba, SAP) and CLM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and negotiate Master Agreements with high complexity.
• Review, analyze, redline, and assess risk for contracts.
• Educate business groups in understanding contract terms and governance.
• Audit contracts and manage the Contract Repository.
