Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Senior Data Product Owner to steer data integration initiatives for Stock Plan Services. You will coordinate cross-functional teams in an agile form, align product roadmaps with evolving architecture, and drive the delivery of modern data integration capabilities for internal and external clients.

Qualifications

• Technical Product leadership experience coordinating technical teams and translating business requirements into clear technical priorities.
• Experience creating and maintaining team roadmaps, backlogs, development queues, and deployments for data integration modernization.
• Excellent product management skills with ability to synthesize data and stakeholder feedback into actionable insights.
• 5+ years of product management experience plus 15+ months supporting equity plan administration and related operations.
• Strong business analysis, multitasking, and issue troubleshooting abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to deliver on time in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and Agile/Scrum experience in a Product Owner/Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product owners, analysts, developers and stakeholders in an agile setting to manage SPS legacy batch applications and release lifecycle.
• Lead with SPS stakeholders to develop roadmaps aligned with future data exchange platform architecture.
• Apply knowledge of equity plan workflows and client data integration needs to refine product vision and strategic decisions.
• Own delivery of new and enhanced stock plan data integration capabilities for internal and external clients, including solution definition and implementation.
