Charles Schwab Wealth Data Solutions is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager (individual contributor) to evaluate data needs and deliver best-in-class data solutions across the wealth platform. You will partner with technology and business stakeholders to drive the product roadmap and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of documented product management experience.
• Experience defining strategic visions and roadmaps with tech and business partners.
• Familiar with data domain systems, API development, Microsoft applications, JIRA, Confluence, and DB analysis.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to explain complex concepts to leadership.
• Team oriented with strong problem solving and data analysis in a fast-moving regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of the product roadmap; lead discovery and requirement definition to translate product vision into deliverables.
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on client needs and business goals.
• Effectively manage a product backlog in an Agile environment, working closely with Technology and Business to balance priorities.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure roadmap aligns with business strategy; communicate insights and metrics to leadership.
• Support and deploy features to production, ensuring releases are tested and validated.
• Forster in-depth understanding of the data platform and expand the product for new use cases.
• Promote a culture of product innovation and data quality through stewardship.
• Build cross-enterprise relationships to align on roadmap, priorities, and decision-making.
• Develop understanding of architecture and data pipelines to inform decisions across systems.
• Drive resolution of data issues by identifying root causes with engineering for scalable solutions.
• Ensure data quality and mitigate risks through effective controls and governance.
