Job summary

Charles Schwab Wealth Data Solutions is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager (individual contributor) to partner with technology and business stakeholders to deliver best-in-class data solutions. You will own platform development and collaborate across the product suite to meet priorities.

You will manage an agile backlog, define features, and drive end-to-end delivery while ensuring data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of documented experience in product management.
• Experience collaborating with technology teams and business partners to define strategic visions and roadmaps for business processes.
• Familiarity with data domain systems, API development, Microsoft applications, JIRA, Confluence and any database analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of the product roadmap; lead discovery and requirement definition to translate product vision into deliverables.
• Define and prioritize product features based on client needs and business goals.
• Effectively manage a product backlog in an Agile environment; balance and deliver against priorities.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure roadmap aligns with business strategy; communicate insights and metrics to leadership.
• Support and deploy features to production with thorough testing and validation.
• Develop deep understanding of the data platform and expand product for new use cases in Wealth Management.
• Promote product innovation and data quality through collaboration and product stewardship.
• Build cross-enterprise relationships to align roadmap, priorities, and trade-offs.
• Understand technical architecture and data pipelines to inform product decisions and ensure end-to-end alignment.
• Drive resolution of data issues by identifying root causes and partnering with engineering to implement scalable solutions.
• Ensure data quality and risk controls; evolve data governance practices.
